HOW IT WORKS

1. Download the app

Search for the About Time loyalty app on the App Store or Google Play.

2. Sign up

Tap on the sign up tab on the side menu. Remember to add your birthday so you receive your £10 birthday reward.

3. Start collecting points

You can collect points immediately. Look out for your sign up reward of £10 in app currency. This can take up to 24 hours to appear.

4. Take a look around

Within the app you can favourite your nearest pub, browse offers available across different locations, check opening times and much more.

5. Look out for updates

Remember to opt in to receiving our emails and keep an eye on your inbox for updates, special offers, gifts and invitations.

No smart phone? Don't worry. 

You can join our loyalty programme and check your balance via our online portal. To collect points when you visit you'll need to let a team member know your 10 digit membership number, so remember to make a note of it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • How do I find out how many points I have?
    To find out how many points you have open your About Time loyalty app and select 'My Loyalty Card' in the side menu. Then select 'My Balance'. Here you will find your points total, your available in app currency and any rewards and offers you currently have available.
  • Where can I find my account number?
    You can find your loyalty account number in your sign up email that was sent to you when you signed up to the programme. Or you can find it within your app under 'My Loyalty Card'. It is a 10 digit number.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    You can cancel your membership within the app by selecting delete account. Or you can email loyalty@chestnutgroup.co.uk and we will delete your account. Please note that cancelling your membership forfeits all points, currency, rewards, and privileges.
  • What happens when I reach 500 points?
    When you reach 500 points they will automatically convert into £10 currency. Your points then return to 0 and you can begin working towards your next 500 point reward.
  • What can I spend my currency rewards on?
    You can redeem your in account currency rewards on purchases of food and drink at participating Chestnut locations.
  • When do my rewards expire?
    Your currency rewards expire after 12 months. Your birthday reward will appear in your account for 4 weeks. It will be added to your account 2 weeks before your birthday and will expire 2 weeks after if you have not redeemed it. Reward vouchers that are sent to you via email will have their own validity dates and terms and conditions detailed in the email.
  • How can I get in touch with the About Time loyalty team?
    You can email the team at loyalty@chestnutgroup.co.uk. We aim to reply to emails within 48 hours. Or you can call us on 01284 339689.
  • If I forget to scan my loyalty membership during my visit can I still collect points?
    If you forget to scan your loyalty membership during your visit we cannot add your points retrospectively.
  • What do I do if I do not have a smart phone?
    If you do not have a smart phone you can sign up for an online membership. You can do this via the sign up form by clicking here.
